What's the minimum and maximum length of stay?
Tree City Executive Suites™ is built for mid-term stays. Available lease terms may include 3, 6, or 9 months. We do not offer nightly or short-term stays.
What's included in the monthly rate?
Furnishings, standard utilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent. Utilities are included for normal residential use; excessive or unusually high usage may be subject to additional charges if stated in the lease. The refundable security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
What's the difference between the Executive Suites and the Executive Studio?
Executive Suite One and Two are private furnished bedrooms at 2612 Q Street, each with a dedicated workspace, sharing a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry with one other resident. The Executive Studio at 2612½ Q Street is a completely independent unit with its own private kitchen and bathroom.
Is parking available?
Yes. Each Executive Suite has one dedicated off-street parking space. The Executive Studio also includes a dedicated parking space.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Cats and small dogs are allowed, subject to prior approval and any applicable pet terms stated in the lease.
What's the application and screening process?
All applicants are screened using the same objective criteria — income verification, background and credit check, and rental history.
What's the deposit and refund policy?
A refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent is required before move-in. Any deductions, itemization, and return of the deposit will be handled according to the lease and applicable California requirements.
Can my employer or agency pay directly, or will I need documentation for reimbursement?
Yes — we can provide documentation suitable for expense reporting or per diem purposes. [Confirm invoicing / direct-bill process with employer or agency.]
Do the two Executive Suites share more than the common areas?
No. Each resident has a fully private bedroom and workspace. Only the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry at 2612 Q Street are shared between the two suite residents.
